Brief Introduction

OkeBond 8706 Acrylic AB glue made from Modified Acrylic Ester, with

2 components of adhesive curing after mixing by ratio1:1, one liquid is

the main agent A glue (acrylic resin), the other liquid is the hardener

(curing agent) B glue, two liquid can be cured after mixturing, as long

as it is required to mix two components of the glue can be called AB

glue.

8706 AB glue has Powerful Repair Function Instead of welding ,with

strong adhesive force, which can achieve the structural bonding of

products or materials, meet all repair needs. After repair, it is stronger

than iron, and can also be painted, tapped, drilled, polished, sanded,

molded, and other operations.

Our Twin Tubes are what started it all. These two-part acrylic are some

of our most versatile products. With a paste-like consistency, Twin

Tubes are great at filling gaps and cracks. And once cured, they create

Applications

APPLICATION RANGE

This product can be used for bonding between steel,iron,aluminum,

titanium,ABS, PVC, nylon.polycarbonate, plexiglass,polyester

resin,polyurethane,cement,ceramic, wood equivalent ordifferent

materials (for snow iron,copper,polyolefin bonding is poor)

mainly used in automotivemotorcycle,machinery,chemical pipelines,

storage tanks,wood furniture, lighting nameplates.toys daily sundries,

household appliances,etc.manufacturing, installation and repair.
 

 

Instructions

1. Wipe off dirt such as oily dirt on the bonding surface and dry it.

2. According to the weight ratio of A and B:1:1 mixed with coated film, glued within 3 minutes(roomtemperature), finger pressure bonding,positioning for 5-10minutes,reaching 50% of the highestintensity in30 minutes, reaching after 24 hours The highest intensity.3. lt takes 24 hours to fully cure. lt can be used at a temperature of 60C-100'C Precautions:D. The glue has an odor of acrylatePay attention to ventilation and fire prevention when using2. This product emits a lot of heat due to curing,and the glue should not be mixed too much atone time.

3. Avoid contact with the skin,and wear protective clothing when operating. lf the glue gets intoyour eyes or comes into contact with your skin,rinse immediately with plenty of water and seea doctor.

4. Do not enter the entrance and do not allow children to come into contact.5. The rubber cap must not be covered incorrectly to avoid deterioration and lowtemperatureventilation to isolate the fire.
