Brief Introduction

Anaerobic thread locker is designed for the permanent locking and

sealing of screw thread. The product cures when confined in the

absence of air between close fitting metal surfaces. It protects threads

from rust and corrosion and prevents loosening from shock and

vibration. Anaerobic thread locker is mainly made of acrylate, curing

agent, ect, which has different. Viscosity and bonding strength

requirements.

Principle of Thread Locker

In an environment with oxygen, it is liquid, but when isolated from air,

combined with the catalytic action of the metal surface, it can quickly

polymerize and solidify at room temperature, forming a solid bond and

good sealing. By utilizing the blocking effect of oxygen, it can be stored

for many years and can quickly solidify when isolated from air Main

ingredients: high-temperature resistant resin, (methyl)acrylate

Usage: Sealing of flat surfaces and pipelines, fixation of solid column

parts, structural bonding, penetrating castings, and micropores, etc

after curing. It is employed for sealing in both high and low-

pressure environments. The liquid sealant can be used for

immediate sealing tests at low pressure and, once fully cured, can

seal most pipeline systems to the point of bursting
