Principle UV Glue also named as Tracelss Boding Glue or Shadowless glue, made from modified acrylate. It's a one component transparent material that easily allows ultraviolet rays to penetrate, and the active factors in the adhesive are activated by UV light of the sunshine or UV lamp and then curing, packaged in a black sealed. plastic bottle, double cured with light and moisture. The photoinitiator or photosensitizer in UV cured materials absorbs ultraviolet light and produces reactive free radicals or cations, triggering monomer polymerization and crosslinking chemical reactions, causing the adhesive to transform from liquid to solid within seconds Prepolymers: epoxy acrylate, acrylic resin, etc Initiating agent: benzophenone, etc

How to use?

1 Preparation before dispense glue

Clean the bonding surface, remove the dusty or oil, the water film on the

glass surface have to be removed with organic solvent)

2 Based on the area, determine the dispensing amount of glue and

start coating the adhesive, too much glue will be not helpful for

the bonding strenght and speed of curing, genereally one thin lower of

the adhesive would be best effects and efficiency.

3 Pressing slightly to make the adhesive layer evenly distributed and

discharge bubbles, and then irradiate the area of bonding with lamp

10~20s to cure, or just put it under the sunshine.
