Odorless Epoxy AB Glue - 8705

JUJU^® Epoxy AB Glue is a kind of double component room

teperature fast curing sealant. It is widely used in machinery and

equipment, auto parts, sports equipment, metal-tools and accessories.

The glue made from environment material of Epoxy and no Halogen

contained, so the cost is higher then the ordinary AB glue, while the bo

nding strength is very high, viscosity up to 4000~6000 CPS, and shelg

life is 12 Months. It's a clear-curing epoxy adhesive that sets quickly

and provides strong adhesion.

The syringes deliver design in an easy-to-use applicator that

dispenses the two-part adhesive in a precise 1-to-1 ratio. Syringes are

ideal for bonding and gap-filling. After curing, they can be sanded and

painted.

AB adhesive refers to a two-component epoxy resin adhesive, with one component being the adhesive (A) and the other

component being the hardener (B). When the two components are mixed, they undergo a curing process. On the market, there

are AB adhesives with ingredients such as acrylic, epoxy, and polyurethane.


I. Characteristics of AB Adhesive:

It has high transparency and can withstand high and low temperatures, humidity, heat, and atmospheric aging. It cures at room

temperature without heating, leaving a seamless bond after curing.

Environmentally friendly, non-toxic, high bonding strength, good flexibility, resistance to oil, water, acids, alkalis, moisture, and

dust.

The cured material possesses good electrical and physical properties such as insulation, compression resistance, and low

shrinkage.

II. Application Areas:

Used in the manufacturing and repair of various high-end ceramics, glass, metals, crystal, jade, jewelry, granite, lighting fixtures,

I. How to Use AB Adhesive:

Mix equal amounts of component A and component B of the AB adhesive thoroughly (strictly follow the weight ratio). Excessive

component B can lead to accelerated curing and overly rigid adhesive.

During mixing, stir gently and evenly along the container walls to ensure a complete chemical reaction and better flow, helping to

eliminate bubbles.

Apply the mixed AB adhesive evenly to the bonding surfaces, press the surfaces together firmly without any gaps.

After applying the adhesive, do not disturb or move the bonded items for at least 30 minutes to ensure proper bonding.

Allow the bonded items to cure for at least 4 hours before normal use or testing to achieve optimal curing, bonding strength, and

test results.


II. Removal of AB Adhesive:

Use medical alcohol to gently wipe the adhesive off the surface. Keep the surface wet with alcohol throughout the process until

the adhesive is completely removed.

Mix vinegar and white wine, soak the adhesive-covered object for 3-5 minutes, then wipe gently until the surface is clean.

For heat-resistant items, exposure to temperatures above 200°C can naturally dissolve the adhesive.


III. Toxicity of AB Adhesive:

AB adhesive, particularly epoxy resin adhesive, contains toxic components. While correct usage doesn't pose harm to health, it's

recommended to avoid skin contact. Curing eliminates toxicity over time.

After curing, the adhesive becomes non-toxic and can be used for food processing equipment or container lining.

AB adhesive is commonly used in various industries for bonding.


IV. Temperature Resistance of AB Adhesive:

Curing time is affected by temperature; higher temperatures accelerate curing, while lower temperatures prolong it. The product

should not be exposed to temperatures exceeding 110°C for extended periods.


 

Store the adhesive in a sealed container in a cool, dry, and

well-ventilated area, away from high temperatures and direct

sunlight to prevent yellowing due to UV exposure
